What to do in Siena, Tuscany in a day (the hidden treasure of our Europe trip)

I had it penciled as a possible, as our farm stay was only 30 minutes away. But when we arrived at our farm stay, I did not want to leave its serene beauty. Our farm host is a tour guide in Siena, and she convinced us it was worth it, and sent us away with a list of insider tips. Siena is a well=preserved medieval city on a hill.
