It will change your life Over the past eight years I've evolved my life from broke, unhappy and stressed to one where I live in accordance with my values. Some may call it balance, although I believe balance is a myth and not what we should be striving for. (kinda similar not happiness -it's not something that stays eternal) How I’ve managed to do all of this is a combination of many factors, none of which require super powers or magi insider knowledge. But, above all, I think the most important factor that has helped me is to maintain a sense of curiosity that is not backed by fear or stress, which comes because of attachment. What do I mean by that? When things fall apart in any aspect of your life, instead of wailing, “Why is this happening to me? Life is so unfair!” You simply say. “Hmm. Well isn’t that interesting? I wonder why this is happening?” Instead of putting all the pressure on knowing an answer right then in that moment you let it go with the desire and expectation to find it. You don’t fear the problem and how it can destroy you, or you are a victim to it, you simply see it as a puzzle to solve. How can the answers arrive to you, if you fear or have a woe-is-me type attitude? Approaching a problem with that sense of detachment makes you more powerful to find the answers or have them slowly evolve in front of your eyes. It happened to me recently, where I’ve finally found the solution to health challenges I have had for many years now – challenges that have led me to the surgeon’s knife a few times. My curiosities and attempts to solve the puzzle have led to dramatic changes over the years, but still there was something not right. Since going gluten free, I put on nearly 20 pounds and no matter how many burpees I do at bootcamp I could only shift a little.  And with a mostly vegetarian, sugar free, dairy free, gluten free diet, something just didn’t feel right!! Recently, I was guided to do a 7-day rainbow cleanse, eating only fruit and vegetables of certain color for a week. I thought for sure this would be the thing that would help me. Except, I felt awful on it. I reacted just like I do when I eat gluten and ended up with an ulcer in my mouth the size of the Serengeti Crater. What on earth was going on? How could this be possible? What was the offending fruit and vegetable? My powers of detached observation went to work. I had my suspicions, but I needed some more testing to figure it out. I put my curious scientist questions out there and trusted I’d somehow find the answer. Sure, enough I did. That rainbow cleans experiment lead me to somehow find The Plant Paradox. As soon as I read the first chapter, I knew immediately this was truth. It’s backed by so much science, medical research, and case studies, but mostly I could connect everything that was being said to my own personal experience. And yep. The suspicion I had over the offending fruit and vegetables were correct and it explained why I put on and could not shift the weight. I immediately started the Plant Paradox eating program (I don’t want to say diet as I hate that word. This is a lifestyle change more than a diet) The improvements have been astounding.  The weight is falling off, but more important is how I feel on the inside. I feel clean, and more vibrant, and like my digestive system is healing, for real this time. The great news is, the food is simple and delicious AND coffee and wine (red or champagne) is ALLOWED!!!!! I have simply found heaven. I could not hold back from sharing it with you, just in case you are having struggles with any aspect of your health. I don’t want to have possibly found a solution to a problem for you and not pass it forward. It's truly astounding. But, mostly I wanted to help you see the power of curiosity. When you use it from a position of power and intent to evolve any aspect of your life, or all of it, magic will happen. Caz P.S. You will feel like the Magi has given you the secret to life.
