He rose from Private to Captain, and was decorated twice for valor in combat. On his last deployment, a suicide bomber detonated his vest near him. It caused him terrible, permanent injuries resulting in a 100% disability rating. Christopher is the kind of man you want as your next door neighbor. Or representing you in city hall or on Capitol Hill. He went to Washington, DC on January 6, 2021 to protect peaceful protesters from being violently attacked by Antifa and Black Lives Matter thugs. When he peacefully entered the US Capitol building, he attacked no one. He broke nothing. You know what he did? Christopher picked up trash and tried to help the US Capitol Police. Earlier that day, he tried to save the life of a man who needed CPR. He then went back home to his wife, Annette, their little boy, Chris, and their unborn baby. The US flag and Marine Corps flag flew out front, and a sign by the front door said “God Bless America.” It was the dead of winter in Kansas. And in the early morning on February 11, 2021, the FBI raided his home. They pointed their rifles at Annette and their little boy. They forced Annette to stand outside in 14-degree weather, barefoot, wearing only a tee shirt and shorts. The next day, she lost the baby. (Now Christopher doesn’t blame the FBI for his child’s death … but I do.) He was bulldozed by Joe Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice, and forced to plead guilty to a felony he didn’t commit, impeding law enforcement during a civil disorder … or face serious jail time for multiple criminal charges. Christopher is serving 75 days in federal prison in San Diego right now. And I bet he isn’t getting all the medical care he needs for his traumatic brain injury and other serious injuries he suffered while serving our country. You and I know Christopher is one of many January 6 peaceful protesters who committed no crime. But they’ve been cruelly hunted, hounded, and harassed by the FBI and DOJ anyway. Many more still face trial and long prison sentences, far from their families and friends. Let me tell you, what’s being done to Christopher and other innocent Americans is an outrage!
