What this community made possible this Giving Tuesday will change so many lives: Thank you, from all

What this community made possible this Giving Tuesday will change so many lives: [Make-A-Wish]( [Give Now]( Thank you, from all of us here at Make-A-Wish® for making such an incredible difference this Giving Tuesday. Because of this community’s generosity, we reached our goal to fund more wishes for kids who are fighting critical illnesses! Kids like: 8-Year-Old Gage When Gage was 2, he was diagnosed with a rare and severe nervous system disorder – which affects nearly all areas of his life. He can’t walk on his own, and he can’t verbally communicate. But that hasn’t stopped Gage’s smile from lighting up every room he’s in or stopped his love of thrills and fast movement. So when his wish to go adaptive skiing with his family came true, it was game-changing. [To see Gage be so filled with excitement and to watch him take part in something that must feel so liberating, so freeing for him... thank you can never be enough. - Hannah, Gage's mom.]( 6-Year-Old Rivkah Rivkah was just 2 years old when she received her shocking cancer diagnosis, which caused her to spend months in and out of the hospital. She leaned on her favorite movie featuring snow to escape the pain and fear she was experiencing during her cancer treatments. So when it came time to choose her wish and celebrate being in remission, she knew she wanted to see snow for the first time. [It's really special that Rivkah got to choose something that is just for her. Throughout her treatments, she wasn't able to have a choice in what was happening. This is a big thing for her to actually choose what's important to her. - Amanda, Rivkah's mom.]( 7-Year-Old Nicole As Nicole fought her brain tumor, she found strength by imagining cheers and standing ovations as she gracefully twirled around on center ice as a figure skater. So when her wish granters came to meet her, she had it all planned out. After two weeks of skating lessons, Nicole skated into everyone’s hearts on her wish day when she performed a solo routine for an adoring crowd. She proved that, with determination and passion, she can overcome anything. [I'm not gonna fall, unless I do - I'll stand up. Wish Kid Nicole.]( These stories are just a small glimpse into what this community’s generosity makes possible for wish kids – how it transforms their lives, families and even entire communities. Because of supporters like you this Giving Tuesday, we’ll be able to grant even more wishes to kids in the months ahead, and we can never thank you enough. With our deepest gratitude, Make-A-Wish P.S. If you didn’t get a chance to make a donation in honor of Giving Tuesday, it’s never too late to help us grant more wishes. [Please, donate now to help provide life-changing wish experiences for even more kids facing critical illnesses.]( [facebook]( [twitter]( [instagram]( [youtube]( Make-A-Wish Foundation of America 1702 E.
