This is a crucial time of year to provide hope and joy to kids in need of a wish. [Make-A-Wish]( [Give Now]( [Will you rush a gift toward granting their wishes? Make a Gift Now.]( Our hearts have been touched to see so many members of the Make-A-Wish® community share their support with wish kids who aren’t able to return for the new school year because of their critical illness. It’s clear how much you care about being there for these kids, which is why we’re giving supporters like you – who haven’t had a chance to show their support – one final day to make an impact for them this back-to-school season: Make-A-Wish Supporter: {EMAIL} Back-to-School Donation: PENDING Deadline: Midnight Tonight [Make a Gift for Wish Kids]( When you make a gift today, you will be supporting kids like 7-year-old Lynetta, who is growing up with cancer. Before her diagnosis, Lynetta and her best friend Lila were inseparable. Through the agony and loneliness of her medical journey, Lila was a crucial source of strength. But when Lila had to move away to Ohio, it was devastating for Lynetta, and they didn’t get to see each other for years. So when Lynetta was connected to Make-A-Wish, she knew that her wish was to take a road trip to see Lila again. As soon as they saw each other, it was pure joy. Now cancer-free, Lynetta’s wish was a turning point that sparked her belief that she can experience life beyond her illness. As a new school year begins, there are so many other wish kids like Lynetta who are desperately missing their friends, classmates and the normalcy of heading back to their classrooms. But this is also the time of year when we see fundraising slow down the most – making it difficult to keep up with the demand of waiting wishes. That’s why we’re asking for your urgent help: [Please, will you make a gift this back-to-school season for wish kids who are enduring the loneliness and anxiety of growing up with a critical illness?]( [Make a Back-to-School Gift Now]( Your support makes such an impactful difference to wish kids.
