We hope you’ll read Kera’s story today. [Make-A-Wish]( [5x Match My Gift]( [Thanks to you, more life-changing wishes like Kera's will come true. "I wish to have a digital art studio," Kera, 17]( We're so grateful for this generous, caring community, and we wanted to extend our heartfelt “thank you” to you. It’s your support that makes stories like Kera’s possible. Kera is a talented 17-year-old with a passion for art and animation. Growing up with a respiratory disorder, learning that she’d receive a wish not only gave her something to look forward to but also gave her hope for a bigger, better future. Thanks to the generosity of this community, we were able to grant Kera’s wish to have a digital art studio – transforming her mom’s workshop with a sketching tablet, a desk, a chair and a printer to make her future projects 3D. She had been taking an animation class at her school where she was drawing on paper. But now, she can learn to make videos and animation on digital software using her new studio. Plus, she can animate clay dolls and characters that she can print out and hang in her room. ["Seeing Kera more excited and happier these past few weeks is a fantastic gift for our whole family. She works so hard to physically take care of herself, and this is so good for Kera to have something that's just for her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are changing people's lives." - Kera's mom]( Right now, Kera is a senior in high school. While she’s not sure what she plans to do next, she is looking into colleges with animation classes and programs. She’s even thinking about writing and illustrating a children’s book! ["I'm so thankful for my wish. It's a big part of my future with animating and art, and it's really amazing that it will help me with what I want to do." - Kera]( This is what we mean when we say that wishes are so much more than a fun day – and that they can truly change lives. This is the power of a wish. This is the power of your impact. Thank you so much for helping us make more wishes like Kera’s come true. Thank you for helping us provide more kids with the hope, strength and joy of a wish experience. Thank you for helping us change lives. Make-A-Wish® If Kera’s story inspired you to help us grant more life-changing wishes, we have an exciting reminder: Our generous partners at Jumpzylla are still 5X MATCHING all gifts, up to $175,000, to make sure we can grant as many wishes as possible this summer. That means your gift today would go five times as far toward providing more kids like Kera with relief from tough medical journeys and the hope in brighter days ahead. [So please, we hope you’ll make a donation today to have it MATCHED 5X toward changing more lives through the power of a wish.]( [5X Match My Gift Now]( [jumpzylla and Make-A-Wish]( [facebook]( [twitter]( [instagram]( [youtube]( Make-A-Wish Foundation of America 1702 E.
