For years, VoteVets has run ads. Television ads, digital ads, radio ads. Millions and millions of dollars worth. You name it, we’ve run it. [VoteVets] {NAME}, this is Major General Paul Eaton, U.S. Army, retired. YouTube is refusing to allow VoteVets to promote my video explaining Donald Trump’s Project 2025, and what it would mean for the United States Military. [And right now, I am asking you to make a donation to VoteVets so that we have the resources we need to ensure this message is heard loud and clear — even without the use of one of the largest online platforms available to us.]( [CONTRIBUTE]( A word about why this video being blacklisted on YouTube is such a blow to our overall strategy, and why your help is so essential at this moment: Before every campaign it is critical to appraise your core competencies, and what tools and resources are available to you to accomplish your mission. VoteVets focuses almost exclusively on Veterans issues and National Security, and the broader implications of politics on the Military at large. It is a competency that no other organization on our side of the aisle fills. It falls to us to make arguments that others do not and often cannot make, because we speak directly to Veterans and Military Families. As I mentioned, YouTube is one of the largest online platforms available to us. With mis- and disinformation proliferating online and bad actors multiplying, we use paid advertising on YouTube to level the playing field and ensure our messages are heard. Over the years we have spent millions and millions of dollars on advertising, and a large part of that has been on YouTube. That is, until now. YouTube has refused to allow us to promote a video I personally helped produce about one of the core, unifying principles of a second Trump administration — Project 2025. In short, Trump would turn the United States Military into a personal armed guard through Project 2025. Today, the Military is loyal first and foremost to the Constitution. Under Project 2025, Trump intends to impose a posture of loyalty to himself first and foremost. It would probably destroy the fabric of our Military command relationships. This is an important issue to me, personally, and it is essential that the American people hear about it. But YouTube won’t allow us to use their platform to do it. So, we’ve got to reassess our strategy. That takes time — and additional resources. This late in the campaign, something like this can have a serious impact. So, I am humbly asking for your support as we pursue other avenues to spread this message. [Make a $5 donation to VoteVets today and we will direct every dollar into ensuring the public knows about Trump’s radical agenda. Together we can prevent Project 2025 from coming to pass, and defeat Donald Trump — once, and for all.]( If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly: [Rush $10 now]( [Rush $25 now]( [Rush $50 now]( [Rush $100 now]( [Rush $250 now]( [Another Amount]( Thank you very much for your help.
