{NAME},  As we hit less than 30 days until Election Day, let’s get something straight about Arkansas: We're not a red state. We're a silent state - where the voices of our neighbors, friends, and family members have been systematically muffled. [A screenshot of the Times Record with the headline, “Many factors, personal and systemic, contribute to low voter turnout in Arkansas.”]( Our current four House representatives are banking on low turnout to maintain their grip on power. They've voted with the MAGA agenda over 90% of the time, counting on voter apathy to keep them in office.  But here's the truth: In 2020, Arkansas ranked dead last in voter participation in the United States. Only 54% of eligible Arkansans cast a ballot, meaning nearly half of our state's voices were silenced.  Why is turnout so low? It's not simple, but we know several key factors. Time constraints, inability to take time off of work, limited polling locations, voter restrictions, such as ID laws, political apathy, where people don’t feel their vote matters, and other systemic issues.  These aren't accidents. They're deliberate choices that suppress voter turnout and maintain the status quo.  But we have the power to change this narrative. With your support, we can overcome these barriers and mobilize voters across all 75 counties. We can flip all four House seats and prove that when Arkansans truly turn out, we will turn it BLUE.  [The clock is ticking. We're in an all-out sprint to reach every potential voter in these final 30 days, but we need your support to make history. Every dollar counts, whether it's $25, $100, or $500.](  Your contribution today could be the difference between maintaining the status quo and sending four new voices to Washington who truly represent Arkansas values.  This is our moment. Let's show the nation what happens when every Arkansan's voice is heard.  Let’s go!  Dr. Chris Jones [Support Vortex PAC](      Vortex PAC is a new grassroots movement to transform Arkansas politics away from the far-right. We are recruiting, training, and supporting Democratic candidates to flip all four of Arkansas’ U.S. congressional districts and help win back the House majority in 2024.
