Please read the following message. --------------------------------------------------------------- [Young America's Foundation](WK7yVuW_N:m:1:2603703913:5F566F9186F8CCDCF223B8FD870414CD:r) Fellow Patriot, My name is Robert Spencer. I’m an author, speaker, and expert on global Jihad and Islamic terrorism, and I wanted you to know how pro-Hamas forces are taking over higher education. Recently, the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) blocked me from speaking to their students about Hamas’ reign of terror through a Young America’s Foundation (YAF) lecture. Instead of supporting free speech and open dialogue, UCLA administrators sided with radical leftist agitators and canceled the event. UCLA’s reason? They said that the ongoing pro-Hamas leftist supporters on the university grounds posed a safety hazard to the students who wanted to host and attend the event. UCLA should have upheld law and order by clearing the encampments and prosecuting all violators to the fullest extent of the law. Instead, they took every available action to block me from speaking and to prevent their conservative students from exercising their First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and assembly. The organization that invited me to speak – Young America’s Foundation – is suing UCLA for this blatant violation of freedom of speech. [Give $50 right now to fight back and help sue UCLA!](WK7yVuW_N:m:1:2603703913:5F566F9186F8CCDCF223B8FD870414CD:r) Colleges are supposed to promote learning and dialogue, not to provide sanctuary to radical agitators threatening Jewish students and Jihad on campus. Yet, today, many have become sanctuaries for radical ideologies. All of this is having an effect on students’ opinions and attitudes today. Did you know that according to a recent NBC News poll, only 15% of young people ages 18-29 say their sympathies are with Israel, and nearly 1/3 of students say they sympathize with Palestinians? In another poll, 20% of young Americans have a positive view of Osama Bin Laden! At UCLA (shortly before I was slated to deliver my speech there), pro-Hamas militants knocked a Jewish girl unconscious and stomped on her Israel flag. And there was no outrage over this by leftist administrators at the college. Instead, a conservative coming to speak on campus is the UCLA administrators’ greatest fear and the biggest security threat! Enough is enough. We need your support to help YAF win this lawsuit against UCLA and help fight for students’ free speech rights nationwide. You may have heard of Young America’s Foundation as the country’s leading conservative youth organization for more than 60 years. YAF goes directly to high school and college campuses with the best speakers in the conservative movement, including Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, Katie Pavlich, Lt. Col. Allen West, and many others so that students can freely express and engage with the values that make us free. YAF promotes your values, such as a strong national defense, individual freedom, limited government, and freedom of speech to large student audiences. Young America’s Foundation is taking a stand against UCLA’s censorship of conservative free speech. YAF is suing UCLA and will take them to court so that students can hear the truth about Hamas—the truth that their school is fighting to keep from them. But they can’t do this alone. UCLA has vast resources and teams of lawyers preparing to defend their excuse for shutting down a conservative lecture on campus. Will you give $50 right now to stand with the conservative students of UCLA and fight back? We are looking for 76 Americans to step forward today with a gift to protect conservative free speech. And every dollar you give will fuel our fight to ensure that students on EVERY campus can learn the truth about Israel, Hamas, and the freedoms that make America great. Here’s the secure link where you can quickly make your gift: [(WK7yVuW_N:m:1:2603703913:5F566F9186F8CCDCF223B8FD870414CD:r) YAF does not play around when students’ First Amendment rights are infringed. YAF sued the University of California at Berkeley, and won a major freedom of speech lawsuit! But they need your support right away! UCLA and every other leftist university are counting on conservatives like you sitting this fight out. Thank you for taking action right now and fighting back. Sincerely, Robert Spencer YAF Speaker, Bestselling Author --------------------------------------------------------------- Young America’s Foundation 11480 Commerce Park Drive Suite 600 Reston, VA 20191-1556 800.USA.1776 PrudentPolitics.com 525-K East Market Street # 114 City: Leesburg State: Virginia Zip Code: 20176 © Copyright PrudentPolitics.com All Rights Reserved.
