Why I switched back to Lifetime Access for my program.

As I scaled and as I grew, inevitably my exposure to "bad apple" experiences grew too - and this completely soured my view on how to do business and how to create positive client experiences. So as a way to protect myself and my company from these negative experiences, we would create rules, automations, and systems to make sure they would never happen again. For example: Client breaking a boundary? OK - time to remove this type of access for everyone! Clients asking too many questions on a call? OK - only 1 question per client on a call moving forward. Client causing drama in our customer support lines? OK - time to change an entire policy. But what I realize now is that in the pursuit of scaling a business, and in the pursuit of protecting myself from "bad apples"... I basically took my own soul out from my program and took my own soul out from the company.
There was no "Vanessa" anymore." {NAME}, this week's CEO newsletter has got a mind of it's own. Initially, my vision was to write an email that would outline my learning lessons when I made the decision last month to switch my paid program from 12 months access to lifetime access.
