{NAME}, Tell me if you’ve ever felt this way… You watch a YouTube video on growing your IG followers organically. All excited you take notes, jump in and take action… … and then, you wait to watch your IG numbers go up. You wait. And….You wait. But then, you feel like it’s not working because nothing’s happening 😐. Yenno how that feels? Yeah. Me too. But here’s the thing… I can't count the number of times I've received DMs⁣⁣⁠from my Insta-community and messages from students and clients⁣⁣ asking whether they should change their entire strategy⁣⁣⁠... I ask them, ⁣⁣⁠"What makes you feel you need to change it?"⁣⁣⁠⠀ They say:⁣⁣⁠⠀ "Well, it's not working." I look at their strategy and see they've followed everything step by step... They're doing alll the things successful people have preached: Whether it's putting up videos... Engaging with people... Posting intentional content... So I ask them, "How long has it been?"⁣⁣⁠⠀ Annnnddd…. They respond with, "IT'S ALREADY BEEN A WHOLE MONTH!" which is when… *I pick up my jaw from the floor* 👏HO👏NEY👏⁣⁣⁠⠀ That is not a strategy issue⁣⁣⁠. That is a YOU issue⁣⁣. You don't need another strategy... You need patience. ⁣⁣⁠The truth is… People are always upset about their progress⁣. And spend the majority of their time comparing themselves to "other" successful people⁣⁣⁠. Wondering why it's happening for THEM, but not you. Newsflash:⁣⁣⁠⠀ The successful people you admire earned the RIGHT to be successful. Because they were PATIENT. They cultivated their businesses for MONTHS, YEARS, DECADES. Instead of changing their "strategy" every month, They STICK with it. They let it GROW. They don't get angry at their baby when it takes the baby more than a month to learn how to walk. They don't get shiny object syndrome and jump on the next trend they see⁣⁣⁠. They don't blame the strategies that have been proven to work for countless other people. And instead, take a good hard look at THEMSELVES. After working with a number of people and observing the peeps around me⁣⁣... I'm here to tell you that the #1 reason why folks fail is lack of patience.⁣⁣⁠⠀ Now the million-dollar question is… Are YOU willing to be patient and put in the work you need to make things happen?
