I've been an avid follower of Brad Pilon's work since 2008. I've been an avid follower of Brad Pilon's work since 2008.  Way back then he had just finished his Master’s Thesis on Intermittent Fasting and had written the book “Eat Stop Eat” [[BRAD PIC.jpeg]  Â]( Thanks to Brad's scientific validation, the Intermittent fasting approach to fat loss gained credibility, and critics began to reconsider their stance.
Make no mistake about it…  After over a decade and a half later…
In 2024, Brad Pilon is an authority on Intermittent Fasting and fat loss.
And he just released his newest course today.
This one is about gaining muscle and losing fat simultaneously with fasting...  It's called The Anabolic Fasting Protocol. [[ANABOLIC PIC.png]  Â]( Knowing Brad’s work, I can confidently say he is truly an innovator in the fitness industry.  This is because this new course is a complete reversal of how most people have been approaching the combination of weight training, nutrition and fasting.  [This program comes with a 2X a week workout and a 3X per week workout.](  But you can use this strategy with almost any workout.  There is an optimal time to do these workouts to fit this protocol (covered in the course).  Many more details on this page...  The Anabolic Fasting Protocol  The best part is, you will be able to read this in one sitting.  So you won't experience info overload and will be able to implement this ASAP.  It is definitely a flip on how we normally do things  And it’s an approach I never thought that I would do, but after a thorough review  I plan to start this approach early this summer and am eager to see the results.   In holistic health and wellness, Becky at Holistic Health Group           Disclaimer: The content and information contained in this newsletter are for educational purposes only.
