About [Scaling Business for Profitable Growth](): Michael Weekley âAt least 50 percent of the value of the program comes from the other participants. Since it ended, I've had four or five calls with people I met. One in particular was about starting another offshore office in the Philippines, where one of the fellows in the program has 80 people.
