JOIN OUR LIVE SESSIONS! Our LIVE session starts when the big institutions and elite traders do before the opening bell. We'll look at real-time dark pool data as the market movers position themselves for the trading day in secret off-market exchanges. [JOIN OUR LIVE TRADING SESSION @ 6am PT / 9am ET]( [Shadow] Hello investor, The stock market is closed today, but investors will keep one eye toward the Dow Jones futures for any clue on the potential market rally after a tentative deal for debt ceiling was struck. The agreement includes a two-year debt-limit increase and will keep non-defense, non-veterans discretionary spending nearly flat with current levels over two years. And there would be new restrictions on some government aid. - "We still have a lot of work to do, but I believe this is an agreement in principle that is worthy of the American people," House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (Photo: Tom Williams/CQ-Roll Call, Inc via Getty Images) But could it spark another rally further? The Nasdaq jumped 2.5% last week after Nvidia reported a demand boom for its AI chips. We will see whether it could have another leg up. Another rate hike looks like a possibility. Traders pushed the 10-year Treasury up by 13 basis points to 3.82% -- the highest level since early March. What’s more, the odds of a Fed rate hike next month skyrocketed to 70%. The recent strong economic data, along with Fed officials’ comments, built the sentiment that the Fed still has more work to do. Buy This ASAP Today’s Stock Pick: DoubleVerify Holdings, Inc. ([DV]( Digital advertising almost like the Wild West, which concerns many corporations. They must rely on a platform’s metrics. This is a problem because they have no idea if Facebook’s “impressions” showed to a real person or not. And more importantly, the Internet can be a crazy place. Unlike televisions, you can come across bizarre content like conspiracy theories. You can’t control where your ads will be placed. A company like Coca-Cola doesn’t want to be seen with a “fake news” article. It would be bad for its brand reputation. Enter DoubleVerify. It is the platform that measures digital media transactions. Its mission is to “create stronger, safer, more secure digital transactions” where corporations can get the most bang out of their ad dollars. And it protects advertisers from data fraud. It invented a proprietary measurement called “DV Authentic Ad” which measures whether a digital ad is displayed in a fraud-free, brand-suitable environment and is fully viewable in the intended geography. And this metric is delivered to the customers in real-time. Incredible growth: Clearly, DoubleVerify hits a bull-eye on the pain points of advertisers. You only need to see its growth. In the first quarter, it delivered an incredible 27% revenue growth. (Source: DoubleVerify) This is only a continuation from its strong revenue track record. The company never grew slower than 34% in the past three years with an expectation of a 24% growth this year: (Source: DoubleVerify) Its ability to win (and keep) customers is remarkable. DoubleVerify won 80% of all RFPs that it participated in. A RFP is “request for proposal,” and it is notorious for hit-or-miss. Not DoubleVerify. Clearly, its offerings are so powerful that customers can easily grasp its competitive advantages. (Source: DoubleVerify) And it can keep customers once they are acquired. It kept 100% of its top 75 customers since 2019, and the average revenue per customer soared from $0.7 million (2018) to $2.6 million (2022). (Source: DoubleVerify) Want a bonus? Once it keeps customers, DoubleVerify has a powerful set of products that it can easily cross-sell and up-sell. All its product offerings can multiply a customer’s total revenue by ten-fold! Swimming in cash: DoubleVerify’s business has an insane margin. In the past four years, DoubleVerify maintained adjusted EBITDA margin above 30% in all years. And it has zero long-term debt. Bottom line: DoubleVerify solves massive pain points of advertisers, and it is paid handsomely for it. You can’t argue its 34%+ revenue growth in the past three years. This is an exciting company to own. FREE LIVE TRADING SESSIONS & TRAINING USING THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE DARK POOL MONITOR AVAILABLE TO THE RETAIL INVESTOR Join our LIVE Trading Sessions throughout the day where we will focus on how you can learn to master the markets through the use of advanced algorithms and AI to trade like the institutions. BEFORE THE BELL Starts 6am PT / 9am ET Our newest LIVE session starts when the big institutions and elite traders do, well before the market opens. We'll look at realtime dark pool data as the market movers position themselves for the tra ding day in the secret off market exchanges. LIVE TRADING SESSION Starts 8am PT / 11am ET Take advantage of Trade Algo's proprietary advanced algorithms for anticipating big market swings in our daily LIVE trading session. Trade Algo's Senior Analyst Luke Russell will walk you through the key tools and strategies that the institutional investors and top traders use to profit from high volatility in the market. THE FINAL HOUR Starts Noon PT / 3pm ET According to Wall Street Journal approximately 20% of the trading volume happens at the last 30 minutes of the day. Institutions make the majority of these trades in private dark pool exchanges -- away from the public’s eyes. The timing happens for two reasons: 1) Index funds make their trades to mimic the closing price of a stock. 2) Billionaires trade near the end of the day because they anticipate major news that will be released during after-hours. Because they trade in dark pools, the public doesn’t know about these trades until one day later. We’ve consistently spotted the correlation between a spike in dark pool volume at the end of the day and the next day’s price movement. In the Golden Hour we will identify and analyze these movements so you can trade with confidence. CATCH THE SPARK Starts 4pm PT / 7pm ET Catch The Spark is led by trading expert Luke Russell, starting at 4pm PT / 7pm ET. Open to all this session is a recap of the day and a prep for the next trading day with an emphasis on identifying and examining "spark" orders, those large institutional trades taking place behind closed doors in off-market exchanges, that drive stock movement. Bring the stock or options trade you've been waiting to make and we'll show you the information the hedge-funds, big institutions and top traders use to evaluate and time the trade. [REGISTER NOW!
