Tasks appear as time blocks and can be dragged, dropped, stretched, or shrunk to fine-tune how much time you plan to spend on them during the week, and when. â â Enabling the new Calendar integration brings your external calendar commitments into the picture. Connecting with your calendar app syncs a read-only version of your events into the Today and Upcoming views of Todoist. â And thatâs when the magic happens. ⨠â Seeing events from your calendar side-by-side with your time-blocked tasks makes it simple to build a plan for the week.
