But finding the time to make it all happen? Sometimes it just... ain’t happening. 🙅   Today we’re sharing two new features that, together, help you find the balance. Manage your tasks and your time in one place with the new week layout and Calendar integration.   Hello, Time Blocking   The fine-grained timeline of the new week layout helps you bridge the gap between your to-do list and your time. Tasks appear as time blocks and can be dragged, dropped, stretched, or shrunk to fine-tune how much time you plan to spend on them during the week, and when.     Enabling the new Calendar integration brings your external calendar commitments into the picture. Connecting with your calendar app syncs a read-only version of your events into the Today and Upcoming views of Todoist.   And that’s when the magic happens. ✨   Seeing events from your calendar side-by-side with your time-blocked tasks makes it simple to build a plan for the week. A plan you can easily stick to, or adjust if a curveball comes your way.   Here’s Jon from the Product Marketing team with [a quick tour of how it works](. 👇   The new layout and Calendar integration are available today, everywhere you use Todoist. The Calendar integration is available to everyone, but you’ll need to be on a [paid plan]( to access the new week layout option.   [Show me more]( In the end   There’s one task we always look forward to seeing as a beautifully-blocky day comes to an end: the work shutdown ritual.   When done right, having a routine to end your workday can help you to leave work at work, stop worrying about all of the things left to do, and set you up to start getting things done right away in the morning.   Find out how to get started with a shutdown ritual in Naomi’s latest [video guide]( (and download the template to make it your own).   ---------------------------------------------------------------   Thanks for joining us on this calendarizing journey.
