Trump's legal team asked the court to [vacate part of a ruling]( issued Sept. 21 by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which said the Justice Department could resume using classified documents taken from Mar-a-Lago in its criminal investigation. Trump would need five Supreme Court justices to agree with him to get the request approved. [🎵 Country music icon Loretta Lynn has died at 90.]( Loretta Lynn, the [country music legend]( who had a string of hits in the '60s and '70s, including the[classic "Coal Miner's Daughter,"]( died at 90 at her home in Tennessee yesterday, according to her family. The pioneering star and Kentucky native sang about life and love as a woman in Appalachia, and she broke down barriers as the first woman to be named entertainer of the year by the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music.
