The South Korean singer was a member of the boyband Astro. Police say he died of apparent suicide and that they found no evidence of foul play, though an autopsy is underway. His death is the latest among young celebrities in South Korea. The country has the [highest rate of death by suicide]( among Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries. Yemen A stampede at a Ramadan charity drive in Yemen has left at least 78 people dead in the capital Sanaa. Residents had gathered at a school where merchants were giving out [cash donations]( of around $9. The [crowd panicked]( when people heard gunfire and an electrical explosion and chaos ensued. Yemen has been in a dire economic situation, facing massive food insecurity, due to years of conflict.
