Also Inside: Censorship, Corporate Control, & The Real Terrorists Thursday, June 15, 2023  Happy Thursday, {NAME}!  On this day, June 15, back in 1215, King John of England affixed his royal seal to the Magna Carta, or "Great Charter," a historic document that still reverberates in the legal, political, and societal spheres of the modern world. This charter, sealed in a meadow at Runnymede near Windsor, represented a pivotal moment in the evolution of constitutional law and, by extension, democracy.  The historical context of the Magna Carta lies in a turbulent period of English history. King John's rule was characterized by administrative incompetence, military failures, and frequent disputes with the Church and his barons. The feudal barons, aggrieved by the King's heavy-handed rule and oppressive taxation, revolted. The Magna Carta was the product of their negotiations with King John to limit his powers and protect their rights.  In its time, the Magna Carta was unique. It served as an assertion that even the King was not above the law - a revolutionary concept in an era when monarchs wielded absolute power. Comprising 63 clauses, the charter covered a range of issues, including protection of church rights, protection for the barons from illegal imprisonment, access to swift justice, and limitations on feudal payments to the Crown.  While many of the charter's provisions were specific to the era's social and political context, several universal principles continue to resonate. Two in particular are seen as the foundation stones of legal systems across the globe: "No freeman shall be taken, imprisoned, disseised, outlawed, banished, or in any way destroyed, nor will We proceed against or prosecute him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers and by the law of the land," and "To no one will We sell, to no one will We deny or delay right or justice." These concepts became bedrocks for ideas of habeas corpus, trial by jury, equality under the law, and the right to a fair trial.  In the centuries following its sealing, the Magna Carta was frequently invoked and reinterpreted, and its influence expanded. As a precedent, the Magna Carta played a critical role in shaping Western democracy. Its principles found their way into other historic documents, including the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. It contributed to the establishment of parliamentary democracy in Britain and inspired movements for liberty and constitutional government worldwide.  Today, the Magna Carta stands as a symbol of the rule of law, due process, and the curtailment of arbitrary authority. Its 808th anniversary is a stark reminder of the journey from absolute monarchy towards democracy and constitutional government.  Unfortunately, our government – corrupted by corporate interests and crony capitalism – has been behaving less like a constitutional republic by and for the people and more like… King John. Today, we’re going to revisit some of the reasons why it is essential – now more than ever – that we stand up, speak out, and fight back to protect our freedoms.  Let’s dive in…  How U.S. Nutrition is Controlled by Corporate Interests  New research has shown that the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the largest professional organization for nutritionists in the United States, is heavily influenced by corporate interests in the pharmaceutical and agricultural industries. The study, published in Public Health Nutrition, reveals that these corporations have a significant impact on the Academy’s policies and recommendations, raising serious concerns about the integrity of the U.S. nutrition industry.  . The authors of the study found that processed food companies and pharmaceutical giants such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, and Abbott Nutrition contribute millions of dollars to the Academy, which in turn influences its messaging, policies, and recommendations. The report highlights the problematic relationship between the Academy and the very corporations that profit from unhealthy food and drugs.   The implications of this corporate influence are alarming, especially when it comes to public health. The Academy’s recommendations and policies affect the way that Americans think about nutrition and the foods they choose to eat. The study suggests that this corporate influence may be a contributing factor to the current epidemic of chronic diseases, such as obesity, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes, that plague the United States.  >> [Is the American Diet Sponsored by Pharma?]( <<   The War on [Domestic] Terror EXPOSED  DHS sub-agency CISA, or the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, has been most active in efforts to combat “mis-, dis-, and mal- information,†or what it abbreviates as “MDM.†The report makes use of recently leaked or unsealed internal documents, giving a view into the kinds of conversations corporate executives and government officials have had over how to handle potentially harmful online narratives and sensitive topics. Minutes from a March meeting between FBI and CISA officials and execs from JPMorgan Chase and Twitter show feds and corporate leaders discussing how to approach state-sponsored disinformation campaigns on major platforms.   America is currently laying the infrastructure for hate and dehumanization that weaponizes their agenda to “fact-check†and “debunk†any dissenting voices or free speech by tying it to terrorist threats or potential acts of violence.  Once the government has adequately classified anyone who disagrees with them as rebels and terrorists, they can begin the detention of those citizens. When the majority of a population sees others as non-human threats to the nation, they’ll support any means necessary to remove them from society.  >> [Free Speech or Terrorism?]( <<   Twitter Files: The Censorship Industrial Complex  We’ve been covering the Twitter Files for months now, revealing everything from election interference and secret blacklists to the Russian collusion hoax and how Twitter became a shill for the FBI, White House, and other agencies. In fact, it seems that Twitter became completely captured by these entities, serving as the censorship arm of government, legacy media, and other, powerful special interest groups.  But the latest revelations directly concern us. “Ty and Charlene Bollinger†are mentioned BY NAME in the latest documents and it’s abundantly clear that this covert censorship collusion directly contributed to our abrupt eviction from social media. We’re going to share the complete story here (with receipts) so you can see for yourself.   Ordinary Americans are not just being reported to Twitter for “deamplification†or de-platforming, but to firms like PayPal, digital advertisers like Xandr, and crowdfunding sites like GoFundMe. These companies can and do refuse service to law-abiding people and businesses whose only crime is falling afoul of a distant, faceless, unaccountable, algorithmic judge.  Every day, we work to bring you the life-saving information that is being actively suppressed by the government, media, tech, pharma, and a slew of other industries that want to profit from your illness and ignorance. Despite defamation, doxxing, and death threats, we’ve continued on our mission to spread the TRUTH.  >> [Censorship Hits Home]( <<   “We must never cease to proclaim in fearless tones the great principles of freedom and the rights of man which are the joint inheritance of the English-speaking world and which through Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights, the Habeas Corpus, trial by jury, and the English common law find their most famous expression in the American Declaration of Independence.†—Winston Churchill   To Your Health & Liberty, P.S. A few months ago, Silicon Valley and Signature Bank both failed. Then earlier this month, regulators seized troubled First Republic Bank making it the second-largest bank failure in U.S. history. That same week, at least 2 banks (Western Alliance Bank and PacWest Bancorp) had trading shares halted on the New York Stock Exchange after a drop in value amid ongoing widespread economic turmoil. If you’re concerned about how to preserve your wealth in this turbulent economic time, then you might want to consider …  GOLD & SILVER ‚  The truth is that there is an epic battle being waged between the forces of paper (fiat) money and the discipline of real money (gold and silver). If you want real money and want to survive the massive economic failure that is destined to come, buy and hold gold and silver. Right now, thousands of Americans are exchanging their dollars for gold and silver, to protect their cash, savings, and retirements.  << [Learn more about these precious metals here]( >>  © Copyright 2022, TTAC Publishing LLC, All Rights Reserved.
