Hey Tristam, It’s not too late. Twelve years ago today, on my 40th birthday, I gave myself a gift. I threw myself into something totally new. My life philosophy: It’s never too late for a new beginning. I made a leap into day trading and committed to learn everything I could. As a gift for myself I invested in the best: - An exclusive 3 Month Day Trading School $3,000.00 - One -on- One Mentoring $7,000.00 - Conferences and Summits $10,000.00 - LIVE Chat Rooms $2,500.00 - Small Week Long Immersive Retreat $5,000.00 Total investment: $27,500.00 Return on Investment over 2 Years: - $31,000.000 I went about it ALL WRONG. The expectations were set up wrong . . . I expected to jump right into the LIVE market and follow the herd and see wins they were experiencing. The curriculum in the courses was hard to read, convoluted and after months of pouring over it meticulously I felt like I still had NO IDEA what they were ACTUALLY doing. When I entered the LIVE classes (after going over the not-so-easy curriculum), I was so lost, but felt that if everyone was trading LIVE on the market with real money, I should too. I was faced with a HUGE decision: Do I continue donating money to the market or do I quit? Neither of those worked for me. I am not a quitter (but I am also not insane enough to keep doing the same thing and expect different results). I realized that I have been complicating everything. I mean - EVERYTHING. What do you do when you are trying to figure something out? As a former fitness instructor in NYC, the way I work through many of my life’s issues is with a great sweat. I was on the treadmill, running like my life depended on it and I realized that Day Trading is exactly like training for a sport. The actual work is not complicated. The best athletes have a simple strategy they can follow over and over again with confidence and certainty that if they do THIS, they will get THAT. It’s called going back to basics. Explore any biography of winning athletes and the most common thread is they ALWAYS kept it simple. They worked on their mindset. They practiced drills. The same drills they started with when they BEGAN the sport as kids, so it can look like “child's play”. It CAN be that simple. Just like anyone can pick up a basketball and throw it at the hoop. Anyone can enter the live market and throw their money at it. Even if someone is tossing a basketball at the square with their Nike Jordan basketball sneakers on doesn’t make them an NBA star. It’s the same story in Day Trading. Entering the LIVE market (even with expensive software) won’t make you a winning trade. It takes a great strategy and practice. Trading doesn't have to be complicated, it can be simple, fun and stress-free. Yes, I said it, stress-free. Like “child’s play”. I have learned the HARD way that too many “guru’s” in the Day Trading space seem to NOT WANT us to figure this out. The good news: it’s never too late. Now I am on a mission to make it SIMPLE and STRESS FREE for my students. There is a better way! My students avoid all of the pain and expense I went through because we start with the BASICS first and that has made all of the difference. Like all great birthday gifts, I want you to experience the FUN and anticipation of unwrapping something special I have created just for YOU. For the next 5 days, I am doing a huge BIRTHDAY SPECIAL . . . [click here to open your present.]( Happy Trading, Marina 'The Trader Chick' PS: If you want to chat more, hit REPLY.
