[Printful] One of the options that you should take advantage of is branding your orders. This option is completely free, so why not? What that means: - all packages that are sent to your customers are marked with your own brand's sticker - add a personalized message to the packing slips that come with each order How to set it up Add your sticker design You decide what goes on your sticker. Most people decide to go with their brand's logo, but of course, it's up to you. If you don't choose to add your own branding, the package will be sent with no branding at all (not even our own). - Your sticker can be no bigger than 3 inches wide and 2 inches high - It has to be black and white colors with no gradients - We round the corners a bit, so make sure you don't put anything important in the corners Go to Settings -> Store -> Edit to upload your sticker design. Add your personalized message to your invoices When people receive their orders, they'll also receive an invoice in their package. This invoice doesn't have any Printful branding on it, and you can leave your own personalized message. Your message can be up to 300 characters long. Go to Settings -> Store -> Edit to add your own custom packing slip message. Add a branded pack-in to your orders A pack-in is something like a sticker, flyer, business card, or something of negligible weight with your branding. You can mail your pack-ins to us for storage and then we add them to each and every one of your orders. Note that this isn't free – it costs $0.75 per order, and $0.85 per day for storage. Go to Dashboard -> Store -> Edit -> Order Pack-Ins for more info on how it works. Your store policies Now is also a good time to think of your store policies. Will you accept refunds or exchanges? What about free shipping? You can take a look at Printful's shipping and returns policy template [here]. Feel free to copy/paste it to your store, or use it as a base to develop your own policies.
