Well, if you thought the Washington Commanders' drama was over just because Dan Snyder is out of the picture, think again. The team just suspended their VP of content, [Rael Enteen](, after he was caught making some jaw-dropping remarks on an undercover video. And by "jaw-dropping," I mean the kind of comments that would make any PR department pull their hair out. Enteen, apparently thinking he was on a private date, decided to spill his not-so-flattering thoughts on the team, the players, and even the fans. Let's break this down. First, this all went down thanks to James O'Keefe's media company, known for its undercover sting operations. Enteen, sitting across from a woman who was secretly filming him, decided to get a little too comfortable, letting loose with some shocking opinions. He claimed that over half the Commanders' roster is made up of players who are either "White, religious," or come from low-income African-American communities that are "inherently homophobic." If that wasn't enough, he went on to call some players "dumb as all hell" and painted the fans as "high school-educated alcoholics" and "mouth breathers." Now, if that's how the VP of content views the people he's supposed to connect with, you've got to wonder what kind of "content" he's been pushing. "Over 50% of our roster is either White, religious and God says, 'F--- the gays.' Another big chunk is very low-income African American that comes from a community (that) is inherently very homophobic," he said in the video. Then there's his take on NFL leadership. Enteen claimed that Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, "runs the NFL" and that he "hates gay people and Black people." Oh, and let's not forget Enteen's assessment of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell as a "$50 million puppet." It's hard to decide if Enteen was trying to be edgy or just outright reckless. Either way, these comments didn't exactly align with the Commanders' supposed "values." Naturally, the Commanders moved quickly to suspend him, issuing a statement saying the language used "runs counter to our values." Yeah, no kidding. The team is now launching an internal investigation, but honestly, it's hard to see how Enteen survives this, even if he's just blowing off steam on what he thought was a casual date. "The language used in the video runs counter to our values at the Commanders organization," the team said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "We have suspended the employee pending an internal investigation and will reserve further comment at this time." What's most troubling is his admission that his job is to "sell hope to fans"-even when there is none. Now, if that doesn't sum up the Washington Commanders' public relations strategy over the last few years, I don't know what does. After decades of mediocrity, it seems like Enteen's been tasked with putting lipstick on a pig and calling it a playoff contender. But it's one thing to push optimism, and another thing entirely to mock the very people you're supposed to be winning over. To top it off, Enteen's past includes stints with the New York Jets and the XFL, so this isn't his first rodeo in professional sports. You'd think by now he'd know better than to trash-talk the very industry that's been paying his bills. It's a lesson he's about to learn the hard way.
