The 3rd Phase of Prop Trading

The Evaluation Phase: This is where you tested to see if you are a good enough trader to be funded. (watch your drawdowns!) The Funded Phase: This is where the rubber meets the road. You're awarded money to trade. This is also where the emotions come in. (Screw this phase up and you have to be evaluated again). But how about the 3rd phase... The Consistent Income Phase: Nobody talks about this phase. That's because I created it. It's the phase where dreams come true. But how do you get there and stay there?
