1. Controversial Fitness Advice: Optimize Your Body For The Opposite Sex Hey {NAME}, You should try to make your body look specifically like whatever is most attractive to the opposite sex. Yes, this is the modern world. This can be the opposite gender, sex, or whatever you're attracted to. Find out what they like and tailor your body towards that with your workouts and nutrition. [This protocol can help you achieve that.]( There's a lot of talk nowadays about "working out for you", loving yourself, and how that's all that matters. But look at it from an evolutionary perspective. Like my mentor, the evolutionary psychologist David Buss told me, "Tai, everything is mating." Regardless of your gender, there are certain traits, specific proportions that humans are hard-wired to find attractive because they signal "I'm a healthy mate". By the way, there are experiments behind this. If you show a baby a photo of a supermodel, versus the photo of a regular person, they will look at the supermodel longer. I'm talking about 3-month-old babies that haven't been indoctrinated yet. This does not mean you need to get plastic surgery to look like the Kardashians, nor should you strive to be as skinny as models in the 90s. Models in the 90s were super skinny, and funnily enough women tend to not be healthy if they have under 19% body fat. As a man, you don't have to get huge bodybuilder muscles. It's funny, men tend to want to be huge, but that's only attractive to other men. Probably because for generations, if you went to ambush another tribe you wanted one or two huge guys with you. They're a weapon. As a guy, if you're lean and have well developed chest and shoulder muscles, that tends to be attractive to women. It means you have above average upper body strength, but you aren't so big that you can't move well. 2. Don't be the richest person in the graveyard Steve Jobs once said, "you don't want to be the richest person in the graveyard." Tragically, that's kind of how he ended up. [That's why I'm building this.]( There's a lot you can learn from studying Steve Jobs. But one of the most important things you can learn from his life is to not neglect your health in pursuit of wealth, in pursuit of your dreams. I've met quite a few billionaires, and I wouldn't say that any of them have their health mastered. Take a look at Elon Musk, Bill Gates, or Steve Balmer, they're not exactly examples of physical health. Living a life of imbalance temporarily is a dangerous game to play. Especially when you're giving up your health to build a business. The bigger a business gets, the more attention it requires. By the way, I'm guilty of sacrificing my health too. That's why I started experimenting with different health strategies [and found one that works.]( This strategy is what let me cut body fat to under 10% without losing time for business. The more I have committed to following what I call the 150 Body Protocol, the healthier and wealthier I've become. [This free training]( shows you the principles behind the 150 Body Protocol to stay healthy while having time to create wealth. [Watch the full training]( it will probably be the most important thing you ever watch. Don't be the richest person in the graveyard.
