In the last weeks [I shared with all of you about the numinous, world-dissolving effects of Bufo]( which contains 5-MeO-DMT, the ‘God molecule.’ I also shared about [how to integrate huge Bufo experiences](. Today, I’m going to continue this thread by discussing 5 lessons Bufo can directly teach you. Let’s dive in. 5 Lessons Bufo Alvarius Can Teach You 1. You are far more than your body-mind structure. Bufo can dissolve your body. It can dissolve your mind. It can dissolve all your identities. And yet you are still there. If only as a kind of ‘pure formless soul-awareness.’ This shows us directly that our essence is non-physical. 2. You are Divinity. You are a child of an Infinite Formless Light Beyond All Description. And in your heart of hearts—in your deepest essence—you are that Divine Light, for that Light is All. Words cannot come close here. Bufo can show you directly that what you most fundamentally *are*… Is a Divine Love beyond your wildest hopes or imaginings. A Divine Love you can completely Trust. This is truly the gift of a lifetime. 3. It is important to let go and surrender. Bufo often shows us where our deepest resistance is. Where we still hold on to distrust of life and death—and of That Which Is Beyond Life Or Death. It shows us where we are still trying to control our experience. When you smoke Bufo, there is absolutely nothing to do except let go. Surrender as deeply as possible and trust the process. Sometimes we won’t be able to do this; sometimes resistance will arise; and that’s okay. In any case, we will be shown life-altering lessons about the importance of surrender—and we will be shown our own barriers to Total Surrender to Eternity. This is invaluable. “Let go and let God.” 4. The body knows how to release its burdens. Similar to Ayahuasca, on Bufo the body can often spontaneously go into all sorts of ‘purging’ processes. Shaking, crying, laughing, screaming, spitting, writhing, vomiting, or entering yogic or geometric postures. These experiences show us the tremendous ancient intelligence of the body. The body knows what to do to release its karmic knots and ‘stuck energy.’ We simply must learn to listen to it, and learn to give it the space to go into process. We must learn to create sacred spaces in which we let go and give the body full permission to do whatever it needs to do. In our society we are rarely taught how to do this, yet it is vital age-old wisdom. 5. It’s all Okay. When used wisely, psychedelics have a magical way of showing us our own lives in a new light. They can help us re-frame difficult experiences and understand our past in new ways. This can happen with Bufo too, though Bufo also tends to show us the Divine Okay-ness of Life on deeper levels. Bufo can connect us directly to the Peace of God, allowing us to really viscerally feel and experience that we are right where we are meant to be. It can gift us a resounding direct-knowing that the Divine Plan is always unfolding with perfect pacing.
