Former President Donald Trump didn't hold back in his criticisms of President Joe Biden's beach and White House lawn strolls, humorously quipping that Biden's gait "looks like he's walking on toothpicks." In a 45-minute interview with Tucker Carlson, the President made a point of highlighting the perception that President Biden might be unfit for the demanding role of leading the country due to his age. Trump pointed to recent snapshots where Biden seemed to struggle while navigating sandy terrain, attempting to lift a seemingly weightless beach chair. On another occasion, Biden faced difficulty raising his feet as he moved across grass toward a waiting helicopter.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 [View in browser]() [NEW INTERVIEW: Trump Delivers Epic Takedown Of Biden - ‘Walking On Toothpicks’]( [PatriotNewsToday]( Aug 24   [READ IN APP](   Former President Donald Trump didn't hold back in his criticisms of President Joe Biden's beach and White House lawn strolls, humorously quipping that Biden's gait "looks like he's walking on toothpicks." In a 45-minute interview with Tucker Carlson, the President made a point of highlighting the perception that President Biden might be unfit for the demanding role of leading the country due to his age. Trump pointed to recent snapshots where Biden seemed to struggle while navigating sandy terrain, attempting to lift a seemingly weightless beach chair. On another occasion, Biden faced difficulty raising his feet as he moved across grass toward a waiting helicopter. Sharing his observations, Trump remarked, "I believe his mental state is worse off than his physical state, and let's be honest, his physical state isn't that of a triathlete or any kind of athlete. You look at him, and he can't even walk to a helicopter. He's moving but can't get his feet out of the grass. It's just a couple of inches on the White House lawn, not a great distance. But when you see him, it's as though he's stepping on toothpicks." Trump continued, jesting, "And then there's the image of him at the beach struggling to lift a chair. Those chairs are designed to be lightweight, aren't they? They practically weigh as much as a feather." In his signature style, Trump's comments drew attention to the physical challenges that have been observed in President Biden's public appearances. In his response, President Trump later linked President Biden's posture issues to his inability to resolve the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, pledging to put an end to it should he be elected next year. "If I were in the presidency, this situation wouldn't have even initiated," he affirmed. Despite his best efforts, President Biden seems unable to evade the persistent questions surrounding his fitness for the presidential role. Just this week, footage from a ceremony commemorating the victims of the Maui fires appeared to capture the 80-year-old dozing off in his chair. Notably, he suffered a significant stumble on stage in June and has been observed losing focus during both the G7 Summit and a meeting with the United Kingdom's King Charles. Additionally, an unfortunate misstep saw President Biden erroneously stating that his son Beau, who passed away from brain cancer within the United States, was killed during the Iraq war. President Trump's current standing against Biden, both in polling and media attention, is so strong that he chose to skip the recent GOP debate, citing a substantial lead and asserting he is "ahead by a significant margin" to engage with his party's competitors. He remains the sole Republican contender who maintains a clear advantage over President Biden in general election polls. John’s Substack is free today.
