[Eric Brown](seriousplay) Aug 19 seriousplay   [READ IN APP](   “He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.” — Frederich Nietzsche One of my favorite questions to explore with people is, “If you could have anything you wanted, what is it?” If you had a genie’s bottle and could wish for anything… what do you really want? It’s a powerful exploration. For a brief moment in time, it removes the limitations that we put on ourselves. Gone are the ‘what ifs’, ‘buts’, doubts, and concerns that plague our plans for the future. For a glimmering second, we have the opportunity to let our artistic imagination run wild and envision a future that beckons us in full technicolor glory. We asked ourselves the same thing. If we could guarantee that everyone who attends Apotheosis gets this, what do we want to give them? How do we want them to return to their friends and families? We landed on 3 deep desires: wisdom, purpose, and connection to the living planet. These have become our Mission. 🪷 Cultivating Wisdom Wisdom and its application create the fertile soil for a life of meaning, passion, and aliveness to spring from.  It is how we move through life with elegance, wit, love, charm, and beauty.  It is the skillful means by which interpersonal relationships thrive, society progresses, nations develop, and the biosphere coexists in harmony.  By weaving together practices from the wisdom traditions throughout history, the direct experience of ritual plant medicine work, and the opportunity for sacred reflection from a community of peers – I wish that all who attend Apotheosis cultivate their deepest wisdom. 🔥 Accessing Purpose A lack of purpose is one of the greatest unspoken epidemics in the world today. There is a growing and present feeling of a wayward, haphazard, ‘lostness’ to many people.  Modern culture is proving unable—oftentimes unwilling—to provide meaningful undertakings. There are few noble pursuits left.  Over the past decades of our work, we have helped millions of people online, and hundreds of individuals in person access a deeper and greater sense of purpose. We can’t build the life of their dreams for them, but getting a compass bearing on where to go is a grand starting point.  Accessing a greater sense of purpose for their future and their lives is something I wish deeply for all who attend Apotheosis. 🌎 Connection to the Living Planet Fostering a living connection with our home planet helps accomplish the first two pillars we’ve discussed, and most important, provides an unshakable sense of belonging It’s remarkable how much wisdom you gain from deep engagement with the natural world. It’s very difficult to feel purposeless when you have an unshakeable and consistent bond with your home planet.  We have become so alienated from our home planet. Consistently separated from the pace of life, the elegance of nature, and the flow of natural order. And while we take people deep into the jungle for Apotheosis, deeper than they’ve likely ever been before – the connection I hope to establish is in their hearts. To give everyone who attends an experience of fundamental belonging. To know that you are inseparably connected to Mother Nature and the heart of Gaia, and that you can carry this wisdom, purpose, and connection with you as you return home.  ⚡️ The Courageous Leap A life of wisdom, purpose, and fierce connection is possible. But it requires courage. The courage to make bold decisions, to go to the places that scare you, to look at the parts of yourself that are holding you back, and to move forward into the future with your heart open and your head held high. If you are ready to take the courageous leap into a brilliant new timeline, I encourage you to join us at Apotheosis. [LEARN MORE & APPLY]( We are over 50% full and welcoming applications.
