All 201 seats were on the ballot, but redistricting meant there wasn't a historical record of which way the new districts might swing. - Maplewood, St. Paul issue boil-water advisory for several neighborhoods: Residents in the affected areas are being asked to boil water for three minutes before using it for cooking, drinking, brushing teeth and other uses for at least the next 24 hours until the boil water advisory has been lifted. St. Paul Regional Water Services was testing water quality to make sure the water is safe to drink. [Read more.](
- Minneapolis aims to shore up street lighting to boost public safety: Mayor Jacob Frey's budget proposal for 2023 and 2024 includes $9 million for street lighting improvements, with the goal of promoting public safety.
