Dear {NAME}, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the future. It feels like we are at a precipice, where what happens this election day will determine whether our basic rights and our country will remain secure for years to come. Every morning at breakfast, I look at my three children and think about what the future will hold for them. It is no longer simple wishes for a good day at school or a fun day at the park. There is a difference now. It feels like I need to double down and do everything I can to ensure they have the same chance at a bright future as I did. I know what is at stake, and I look at their beautiful faces—these gifts I have been given—and resolve to fight. I know I am not alone in this battle. I know that when I think of the work ahead, that you and more than 700,000 of our fellow citizens are right there with me. We are keenly aware of what we need to do, and we are doing it. When the New York Times contacted me recently about [a story on the growth of the medical freedom movement](, I thought of all of you. I told them how our movement is not defined by party lines but instead by a shared, deep commitment to our five core values: informed consent, free speech, parental rights, religious freedom, and privacy. We support candidates who promise to promote and protect our freedom to determine how best to care for ourselves and our children. And you should be proud and hopeful because our work together is clearly making a difference. "The current crop of candidates suggests the nation might be “returning to a time when the medical freedom movement was robust enough and popular enough in this country that it could support political candidates…” Elena Conis, medical historian But as we know well, we must take time to celebrate our success but also remain vigilant and keep moving forward. We must capitalize on this tremendous momentum, especially heading into this consequential election in less than 19 days. Because the future of our children and our grandchildren depends on it. So, here is the roadmap, what we have done and can continue to do, together… We have worked closely with our state partners to provide a comprehensive perspective. In doing so, we are honoring our commitment to not only getting the right candidates in office but also standing beside them from day one to advance a truly transformative health freedom agenda. Like you, we believe strongly that sound policy can turn the tide for freedom, for health, for our children and for America. We stand ready to lead this charge, but we cannot do it alone. Will you help us put power back in the hands of the American people this election day and move forward? Will you help us ensure that we have left it all on the field, doing everything we can to create a bright future? Every single dollar contributed goes directly to inspiring and galvanizing our fellow citizens and bringing what is captured in the [Health Freedom Policy Blueprint]( to life. [Give to Stand for Health Freedom]( [Give to Health Freedom Institute]( Thank you so much for your consideration of this request. I remain deeply grateful and honored to have your support and partnership and look forward to updating you in November on what we have accomplished together. For the future, Leah P.S.
