Dear {NAME}, This is huge! A bill was introduced recently that would change the 1986 Act (which removed liability from vaccine makers) and allow Americans injured by vaccines to have their day in court again. The court system attempts to keep unsafe products from being sold because the makers of bad products stop business when they realize they face potential lawsuits for selling dangerous items. In fact, there were vaccine shortages before the 1986 Act removed liability. In other words, the legal system was working to keep us safe from dangerous vaccines! The bill would: - Give victims of vaccines the option of suing in court or using the vaccine court. - Remove the 2-3-year statute of limitations for lawsuits against vaccine makers and allow litigation by anyone who has been injured since the 1986 Act became law. - Remove COVID shots from the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), allowing them to be treated like any other recommended shot. [TAKE ACTION]( [Please take a moment to contact your representative]( to tell them to support this historic bill. It’s not an exaggeration to say this is a life-changing bill for Americans.
