Leading economists predict a foreclosure crisis unlike any our country has ever seen. Far worse than the 2007 crisis. We don't see it right now but that is because there is a moratorium on foreclosures due to the Covid pandemic. They say, if you are thinking about selling in the next few years, you need to do it NOW because the foreclosure crisis is going to FLOOD the market with inventory and your home will be far under value. [Learn more here]( Think about it: 1. There are millions who were barely hanging on to their home BEFORE this. 2. Small business owners have been destroyed so have the finances of their owners. 3. Even high level executives living the HIGH LIFE are being fired and laid off. [What does this mean?]( As soon as the moratorium is lifted, all the people who were barely hanging on to their home will lose them. Is there any good news? YES! [This is how I help:]( 1. The home is sold at auction. 2. In a great number of cases, the house sells for more than is owed on the mortgage. 3. That extra money is secreted away and the former owner is never informed they are owed the money. 4. After a certain amount of time, the state gets to keep the money ... UNTIL NOW! 5. I step in and contact the former owner, let them know about the money and help them claim it! Oh, and I make up to 35% for my trouble! I will tell you this, in a normal foreclosure market, I can NOT keep up with all the leads. In the coming months a year's worth of foreclosures are going to flood the market. Maybe you could help.
