Dear Valued Client, We're excited to share some important updates about SourceAudio's evolution and the enhanced value we're bringing to you! July 8, 2024 [SourceAudio]( Weekly insights, ideas, tools, and features to help you grow your music business and optimize for the future. Dear Valued Client, We're excited to share some important updates about SourceAudio's evolution and the enhanced value we're bringing to you! Over the past decade we've been privileged to support thousands of clients like you, from boutique catalogs to major labels, networks, and studios. Throughout this time we've continuously improved our offerings without adjusting our pricing. Today, we're thrilled to highlight some powerful features we've recently added to our standard offering at no extra cost to you: • E-commerce for micro licensing and subscriptions • File delivery up to 250GB every month (approx 8,000 songs!) • AI-powered metadata tagging – a game changer for time & cost savings and the best way to optimize your music discovery These additions represent a significant leap forward in our mission to provide you with the most comprehensive music discovery, distribution, licensing, and protection solution in the industry. While we've absorbed every new and increased cost over the years, both the substantial value we've added to our platform and increasing external factors have led us to reassess our pricing structure ever so slightly. To ensure we continue delivering on our mission to provide top-tier service and innovation, we'll be implementing a modest adjustment to our standard pricing. Effective August 1, 2024, our Catalog Manager service will see an approximate 16% increase – our first price change in over 10 years. This increase is equivalent to a modest annual rise of only 1.49% per year over the past decade. Rest assured, this change will not affect clients with existing long-term or enterprise-level agreements. We're grateful for your partnership and remain committed to helping your music business thrive in every possible way. Thank you for growing with us as we look for new ways to capitalize on opportunities in this evolving landscape of the music industry together.
