That’s why on Thursday I’ll be holding a Live Hedging Webinar. If you aren’t hedged, or you don’t know how to hedge, it’s not too late. Proper hedging isn’t just about avoiding a market crash, although that is a huge benefit… It is also about dramatically increasing the long-term gains…in other words, hedging actually increases potential returns by as much as 2x – 3x in the long run. [Reserve your spot here](. --------------------------------------------------------------- The Instability of Election Tuesday It’s Election Week and we know that means that things are pretty crazy right now. Volatility is sky-high compared to where the market is. The market has barely been down and the volatility is acting like there is a 5% drop. We are treading in some uncharted waters this year as it is the first time daily options have been available during the election. Because of this, we have no data to go off of to be confident in what this market might do. I do not like to predict the market. So, I have been abiding by something I like to call Probability Zones [sstown2]( You can see that the probability zone widens out just a little bit during this volatile time. And then towards December, obviously depending on what happens during November, it will affect the velocity of the market. If the market makes a bullish move going into the first week of December, that probability zone will not be as bullish. If you have been with me for a long time, you will know that the P word: Prediction is foul language in trading. But for the first time, I am going to make a prediction. [sstown3]( If you can’t tell, I am being facetious. But if you look at what’s going on in the elections, betting odds have been solidly on Trump until this last Saturday when the polls came out and said that he may lose Iowa. At which point, all of a sudden, the betting odds for Trump plummeted. This instability will continue until an official result has been announced. This is the kind of stuff that we are up against right now. There is just NO predicting the market. If you have jumped into my Freedom Codes program, you would have seen that I did not even feel comfortable giving any buy or sell windows for a million $$ pattern because the volatility is so skewed. If the volatility were higher because of actual market volatility and not because of a single-day event (which may or may not be a single day) it is too unstable of a situation to risk. In addition, the uncertainty in the election caused stocks to sell off a bit last week which might impact stock portfolios. My super portfolio stock rotation has been outperforming the S&P all year long. However, history may take a back seat this year depending on what new history is made with this election. Because of this, if anyone has any kind of stock portfolio on their accounts, I want to emphasize the necessity to hedge your positions. This Thursday, a hedging webinar will be provided. If you have not signed up for these, they are absolutely critical to long-term growth (and peace of mind so you don’t have to worry about a market crash). And if there was ever a time to make sure you are protected, this is the time. And that is the Truth About Trading. Trade Smart,Ryan Jones P.S. I’ll be hosting a live Hedging Webinar tomorrow November 7th. [Go here to reserve your spot](. --------------------------------------------------------------- Don’t Miss My Next Live Trade Call Once a week I meet with a select group of traders. I’ll go over trades I’m looking at, strategies, and answer questions. I want you to join me on these calls. We’ll be looking at: Trade Setups, Different ideas for Increasing Probabilities, Ideas for Increasing Profit Potential, How to Construct a Series of Low Risk Trades, Market Condition Changes, Exact Trades I’m taking and why.
