They asked their mom to record them so they could improve on their routine later. Meanwhile, their brother who was supposed to play the music, was loitering in the background, seemingly out of the way. As the song “HandClap” by Fitz and the Tantrums filled the room, the girls began their energetic routine. But unbeknownst to them, their brother had his [own plan](. As soon as the music started, he jumped into action with his own unique moves. Completely impervious to his sisters' cheer routine, he began dabbing, playing an imaginary trumpet, and doing jumping jacks. His hilarious and unexpected performance stole the show. The girls, focused on their routine, had no idea what was happening behind them. The lime-green t-shirt he wore, emblazoned with “No Risk, No Reward,” perfectly summed up his impromptu dance. [His antics]( were so captivating that he ended up being the star of the video. When the girls finally watched the footage, they were less than thrilled about their brother's interruption. Their mom, Kim Kramer, explained, “My daughters had me videotape them practicing their cheer dance so they could watch it and critique themselves. They had absolutely no clue that their brother was stealing the show in the background!” [This laugh-out-loud video]( is a perfect example of the fun, frustration, and unforgettable moments that come with having siblings. That’s the incredible situation Toogee Sielsch found himself in when [he discovered Tamarack](. Tamarack was a tiny cub who had been rescued from a wildfire in Northern California. With singed paws in need of urgent care, Tamarack was taken to a wildlife facility. But this little cub had a strong spirit of freedom. He tunneled under an electric fence and escaped back into the wild. Determined to keep tabs on Tamarack, Toogee set up trail cameras throughout the forest near his home. What he saw was amazing: Tamarack wasn’t just surviving—[he was thriving](. One of the sweetest moments captured on camera showed the little bear taking a bath in a big puddle, joyfully playing with a toy bear. This heartwarming scene showed Tamarack enjoying his newfound freedom. Curious about where the toy bear came from? So is everyone else! Somehow, it became Tamarack’s favorite companion. [The video shows]( him splashing around, grabbing the toy with his muddy paws as it bobs in the water. “I thought it was almost a perfect example of the playfulness of not only young black bears, but all of them,” Sielsch told The Dodo, clearly moved by the sight. Toogee is thrilled to see Tamarack thriving after everything he’s been through. “It makes my heart very happy to have watched his progress against all odds as an orphaned and healing cub of the year, now yearling,” he said. “It shows just how tenacious wildlife is when it comes to survival.” [(Join the Facebook discussion here)]( 💭 QUOTE OF THE DAY "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.” — C.S. Lewis 🗿 ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY… Did you know that on this day in [1742](, Benjamin Franklin came up with a solution to a common problem that could keep everybody cozy? He invented the Franklin stove! This clever creation was designed to be more efficient than the typical open fireplaces of the time. With its unique, inverted siphon design, the Franklin stove produced more heat while using less wood. Plus, it helped reduce the amount of smoke in homes, making it a win-win for warmth and air quality. Franklin's invention was a real game-changer for home heating in the 18th century. It paved the way for future advancements in stove technology. While today's wood stoves are even more efficient, clean-burning, and safe, we owe a lot to Franklin's genius. His stove made homes cozier and it showed off his knack for practical problem-solving and innovation. Other notable events include… [1578]( - England set the stage for future English settlements in the “New World” when the Queen granted Sir Humphrey Gilbert a patent to explore and colonize North America. [1776]( - The Continental Congress forms a committee to draft the Declaration of Independence. With men such as Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman, and Robert R.
