Passing laws are a big step towards ensuring school choice across America ? but it?s not enough.

Passing laws are a big step towards ensuring school choice across America — but it’s not enough. ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Friend, Passing laws are a big step towards ensuring school choice across America — but it’s not enough. You HAVE to defend them in the courts. While school choice in Arizona has been one of the top conservative victories of the last decade, it's now under attack by Governor Katie Hobbs. Hobbs claims to be a “Champion for every Arizonan” — except for parents who want school choice. My name is Victor Riches, President and CEO of the Goldwater Institute. The Goldwater Institute is the nation’s leading organization in promoting school choice and parental rights. Unlike others, we not only fight for school choice in the legislature, we also protect school choice victories in the courts. I am asking for your immediate help to defend school choice from Governor Katie Hobbs. I’ve set a goal to raise $25,000 before the end of the month. I am asking for your support in defending the rights of parents to ensure their children have access to the best possible education. [Will you donate $10, $25, $50, or any generous amount to defend school choice?]( [Donate $10 ]( [Donate $35 ]( [Donate $50 ]( [Donate $100 ]( [Donate $250 ]( [Donate $500 ]( [Donate $1,000 ]( [Donate Any Amount ]( Across the country, schools are indoctrinating children with anti-American propaganda, Critical Race Theory, Marxism, and gender ideology, while ignoring key skills like reading, writing, and math. Too often, schools teach kids to be activists instead of teaching them the skills necessary to compete in a global marketplace. Parents are fed up. They want options so their kids aren’t stuck in failing schools. Goldwater delivered the nation’s first universal school choice program, ensuring all families in Arizona have access to the education that best fits their needs. But our success is now threatened by an administration that believes in government control over every aspect of our lives. Governor Hobbs doesn’t want families to have access to school choice. She intends to ratchet up red tape on charter schools and funnel more taxpayer money into failing government-run schools. This isn’t going to happen on our watch. The Goldwater Institute is standing by parents and ensuring families have access to school choice. Our team defends the rights of parents at the legislature and in the courtroom. But we can’t do this alone. We are up against powerful unions and Leftist special interests who spend MILLIONS each year to stop parental rights. [You can help us fight for parents’ rights in education. Click here to show your support ]( The Goldwater Institute has passed the strongest school choice legislation in Arizona’s history, which set the gold standard for the entire country. In the past year alone, we have helped Iowa, Michigan, Utah, and West Virginia implement school choice. We won’t stop until it is the law of the land across the country. By standing with Goldwater, you are helping to protect families from big-spending bureaucrats who want to take away educational freedom. Will you help me reach our goal of raising $25,000 before the end of the month? Click any link below to send your support. Sincerely, Victor Riches President & CEO Goldwater Institute The Goldwater Institute is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) organization.
