I hate to break the bad news to him, but 70% of Americans believe our country is headed in the wrong direction. They believe the economy is weak, that energy prices are too high, and the federal government wastes the hard-earned tax money they send to Washington. They believe Biden’s open border has contributed to a dangerous increase in crime, and that for the past two years, America has projected an image of weakness to the world when we should be projecting strength and leadership. Contrast that reality with what we heard in Biden’s speech, where he had the nerve to say the economy was booming, the border was secure, and he was standing up to China. Really? Does he define “standing up to China” as letting a Chinese spy balloon hover over American military assets for only a week, instead of a month? If Biden and the Democrats had a record to run on, they would! But they don’t, so instead they dodge, distract, and deceive…and hope the mainstream media lets them get away with it. What you won’t hear from the mainstream media are the crazy policies they DO support, like: - letting biological boys compete against girls in sports - believing men can get pregnant - open borders, and - sending free money to able-bodied people who don’t work, while defunding the police who put their lives on the line every day to protect us They’re hiding their real agenda, but I’m glad to say our House Republican majority is stepping up to stop it. [What I’m very curious to know – and why I’m emailing you today – is to find out whether you trust the government. More pointedly, do you trust Democrats to be truthful with you?]( [Let us know if you trust Democrats to tell the truth →]( I’m worried that we could be losing support for our movement. In Washington, Jim Jordan is focused on his oversight role, helping lead investigations into federal agencies In Congress, Jim Jordan continued to fight for fiscal responsibility, and he offered the only balanced budget of any member of the House or Senate. As a state legislator, he took on the powerful special interests and the leaders from both political parties who wanted to put Ohio on an unsustainable path of higher taxes and spending. He built a conservative, pro-family voting record, and authored an alternative state budget that balanced without raising taxes. He became the only legislator in state history to win both the Defender of Life award from Ohio Right to Life and the Pro-Life Legislator of the Year award from the United Conservatives of Ohio.
