Renegades, Have you met Britt Burns Hiller, Renegade’s COO? In my constant search for managing my bandwidth and expanding my capacity, she’s been a game changer. I’ll share more soon about how I went about finding a Britt (every entrepreneur and founder I have met needs this role). But I first want to share a bit about her background. Fellow trailer park girl and attorney by trade, Britt most recently led a fintech company as CEO to a 9-figure exit to private equity (she’ll quote her 97% employee retention rate before this metric). What she learned through that process - and being the only female in the room - is invaluable. Now she is pouring into our Renegades to help them navigate scaling a company to exit and the capital raise process. At Renegade Summit she shared a story about her first board role and the power of being underestimated. We can all learn from her ability to turn an insecurity into a super power. [Go To Story - Brittany Hiller]( To finding our super power, Ajo P.S. You can hear more about Britt and I’s adventures in entrepreneurship [in her episode on the Why Not Now? Podcast.]( [Instagram]( [iTunesPodcasts]( [Linkedin]( Sent to: {EMAIL} [Unsubscribe]( Renegade Global, Inc., Austin, Austin, TX 78739, United States

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
