Renegades, Have you met Britt Burns Hiller, Renegade’s COO? In my constant search for managing my bandwidth and expanding my capacity, she’s been a game changer. I’ll share more soon about how I went about finding a Britt (every entrepreneur and founder I have met needs this role). But I first want to share a bit about her background. Fellow trailer park girl and attorney by trade, Britt most recently led a fintech company as CEO to a 9-figure exit to private equity (she’ll quote her 97% employee retention rate before this metric). What she learned through that process - and being the only female in the room - is invaluable. Now she is pouring into our Renegades to help them navigate scaling a company to exit and the capital raise process. At Renegade Summit she shared a story about her first board role and the power of being underestimated.
