Tzatziki Chickpea Salad

Hello everyone - Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the supportive messages and advice after my unplanned [download on Friday](=). :) I was feeling a little overwhelmed on that day and I felt like I was writing to a friend so it just came pouring out. I'm good now! I have clarity, priorities and (mostly) caught up on my sleep. But again, thank you! I feel so lucky to have you in my sphere. As for todays' recipe, it's simple, but it's got teeth. Great side dish or blank canvas for meal-worthy salads and sandwiches. Think of like a much-better-for-you potato salad.
