Hello everybody - exciting news! We have locked in new dates for the reader dinner I'm hosting at my favourite local restaurant, Boronia Kitchen! The options are Tuesday 2nd July or Wednesday 3rd July 2024. Tickets will be released on at 8:00 AM this Friday 7th June [which can be purchased here]()! This is the dinner that was due to take place in April that was postponed due to too many life events colliding (including medical issues with a certain fur ball). The restauranteur Chef Simon Sandall and I will be working up a menu together, though given he is armed with a full team of highly experienced chefs, I feel like my contribution may be limited to the all important "taste testing" part. 😂 But honestly, food aside (and it will be special - I've had a sneak peek at some dishes!), the thing I am most looking forward to is meeting people. I like that this dinner is on the small side so I will be able to spend time chatting to everyone. :) TODAY'S RECIPE And as for today's recipe, I exaggerate not when I say that this is the meal I've been making the most during the week in recent months, as the weather has cooled. Quick and easy, versatile, extremely low 108 calories yet still downright delicious. If only all healthy food was this tasty! As for Life of Dozer today? I was determined to do a punchy one-line-one-photo (first line and first photo you see). But, as usual, I couldn't resist and I ended up writing a little Dozer essay. 😂 - Nagi x --------------------------------------------------------------- [My quickest Chinese Vegetable Soup](=) [Get the recipe](=) - Nagi x [Unsubscribe]( | [Update your profile]( | PO Box 226, Gladesville, NSW 1675

The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
