Rep. Tenney Wants Investigation of Biden Withholding Israel Aid

[Reagan Reports] Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., is requesting the Justice Department appoint a special counsel to investigate President Joe Biden for withholding military aid to Israel, [the Washington Examiner reports.]( Tenney sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland Wednesday asking him to review Biden’s decision to withhold an arms transfer that would aid Israel’s offensive in Rafah. After the president signed the Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act into law last month that allocated over $26 billion for Israel, Tenney said Biden’s decision undermines the “principles of separation of powers” given to Congress.
