Find out what’s up the road at Rapha in 2022.                                                       A YEAR LIKE NO OTHER With a new year comes a whole new riding season, and a raft of exciting plans at Rapha that you won’t want to miss. This year, we want to help you achieve all that you set out to on your bike, to ride further and faster for longer, on all your favourite local routes and a load of new ones. With the whole season laid before us like a twisting mountain descent, we can't wait to get started. So join us as we take a look up the road at a full calendar of rides and events, all-new products and unique stories yet to be told. UPCOMING PRODUCTS PRO TEAM From a cutting edge Crit Jersey developed with L39ION of Los Angeles and a dedicated gravel race jersey created with Colin Strickland to our new Women’s Powerweave Bib Shorts, this season is all about pinnacle performance in the Pro Team collection. Developed with the pros, our latest racewear products will be available soon. PERFORMANCE TRAILWEAR Building on our first offering of mountain biking apparel last season, our design team has been hard at work on an all-new range of Performance Trailwear made for riding in hot conditions where Fast and Light kit is essential. With all new lightweight Trail Pants and lightweight Trail Shorts for both men and women, as well as a new lightweight Tech T-shirt and lightweight Trail Tank, our MTB collection is here to give you the ultimate trail riding experience. EXPLORE From flat handlebars to drops, the Explore collection features a range of new innovations to take you even further off the beaten track. Arriving this summer, the Explore Overshorts have been designed for maximum comfort on and off the bike. Other new designs for all-day adventure riding include our Zip Neck Technical T-Shirt and a lightweight Women’s Tank. BREVET For those looking to go the distance, we’ve doubled down on the performance features required on all-weather endurance rides. New additions to the women’s range include the new Brevet Lightweight Gilet. Meanwhile, our iconic Brevet Bib Shorts have been overhauled and there’s the all-new Brevet GORE-TEX Rain Jacket, which is waterproof, exceptionally breathable and reflective all at an incredibly low pack volume. SPECIAL EDITIONS & COLLABORATIONS Our exciting array of special editions includes a colourful collaboration with Yorkshire artist Ellen Paige Leach. Our latest special edition lands later in the season, inspired by the contrasting characters of 50s Swiss stars Ferdi Kübler and Hugo Koblet. And look out too for an all-new direction in the limited edition Women’s 100 collection. [COMING SOON]( RIDES & EXPERIENCES 25-27 FEBRUARY RAPHA RISING This February, it’s time to climb as Rapha Rising takes to Zwift to put your endurance to the ultimate elevation test. With three iconic cols to complete in just three days, it's an indoor riding challenge unlike any other. Completing each peak brings its own challenges, but it also unlocks its own exclusive piece of kit. With a total elevation of 2,896 metres to tackle, be sure to bring your climbing legs. PRESTIGE There are over 15 more Rapha Prestige challenges taking place this year, the perfect chance to put your teamwork to the test on an all-day adventure. From Santa Cruz to the Brecon Beacons, there’s an exciting range of locations to choose from. [FIND OUT MORE]( AT THE TRAILHEAD The all new Rapha MTB Mobile Clubhouse will soon be making the rounds at US mountain bike events and a trailhead or two near you, offering coffee, snacks and a post-ride party for anyone taking part. There’s also good news for MTB fans that like an extra challenge, with a Rapha MTB Prestige making an appearance on the calendar this year. Stay tuned for details. ALL YOUR FAVOURITES As well as new additions to our riding calendar, all your favourite Rapha rides are returning in 2022. An ode to Roubaix, A Day in Hell will be back on the third weekend in April as we host rides around the world to give you a taste of the Queen of the Classics. In September, we’ll be marking the 10-year anniversary of the Women’s 100. And everyone’s favourite riding challenge, the Festive 500, returns to its usual spot in December. [SEE THE CALENDAR]( LOVE THE SPORT MEET THE RIDERS At Rapha, we’ve always looked for people who seek to change the sport, to move the dial and never settle for the status quo, and this year is no different. As well as the familiar faces of Lael Wilcox, Maghalie Rochette, Sarah Sturm, Colin Strickland and our men's race teams, our roster is bolstered by not one but two new women's teams: Roxsolt Liv SRAM and EF Education-TIBCO-SVB. [MEET THE RIDERS]( TEAM ISSUE With more teams than ever to outfit for the new season and a reputation to uphold, our designers have been hard at work creating this season’s most striking kits. In March, look out for a special edition kit collab with Maghalie Rochette, as well as Rapha’s latest launch with Legion. Coming this April, our latest collections for EF and EF TIBCO SVB are much like their wearers, forward thinking and full of character. BEYOND RACING For the last three years, we have followed the world’s most charismatic riders to an alternative calendar of legendary and lesser known races. But the alternative calendar is no longer the alternative. To continue bringing you the inspiring stories that only we can, we’re shifting the focus with Beyond Racing, a new series of standalone documentary films that showcases the riders we see as the future of the sport. And as the title suggests, we’ll go further than we’ve been before to bring you stories that are about more than just a ride. Stay tuned.
