MTB veteran Eliot Jackson on Grow Cycling’s first initiative [Rapha]( NEW GRANTEE GROW CYCLING FOUNDATION  In the wake of the murder of George Floyd and the ensuing protests, broadcaster and former World Cup Downhill MTB racer Eliot Jackson was motivated to lay the groundwork for what would become the Grow Cycling Foundation. Promoting education, access and opportunities that increase diversity and inclusion in cycling, the foundation aims to create new avenues for community building and career development in the cycling industry.   As it joins The Rapha Foundation’s roster of grantees, we sat down with Eliot to discuss Grow Cycling’s ambitious first initiative: to build a brand new pumptrack in Downtown Los Angeles. [FIND OUT MORE]( THE RAPHA FOUNDATION Founded in 2019 with the mission of building a better future for cycling and cyclists, the Rapha Foundation funds organisations around the world committed to inspiring, empowering and supporting the next generation of riders from under-represented communities in the sport.
