Hello and happy Tuesday. Jason Bond here. I wanted to thank everyone who came to Sunday's training.

[RagingBull Elite]( Hello and happy Tuesday. Jason Bond here. I wanted to thank everyone who came to Sunday's training. If you didn't make it out, here's a handful of the notes and videos you can watch if you're interested in learning from my penny stock challenge. [$25k - $1m penny stock challenge journal]( (members) [Subscribe here]( (trade alerts) ---------------------------------------------------------------  Penny stock trade checklist - Is this a day trade (intraday hold) or swing trade (1-4 days)? If a day trade goes against me, I will not turn it into a swing trade to avoid the loss. If a swing trade goes against me I will not turn it into a long-term trade to avoid the loss. If I can’t trust myself to stick to my plan, I will not take trades. - Is this pattern an oversold chart pattern, a continuation chart pattern, or a breakout chart pattern? What is my desired entry, stop loss and profit target? - Is the range from support (demand line) to resistance (supply line) big enough to hit my profit targets? For instance, to get 10-20% on a swing trade I’d like to see a 30-60^ range from support to resistance. That’s because I don’t expect to hit entries and exits perfectly, which is why range should be triple the desired return. - Is this a nano-cap, micro-cap, or small-cap stock? If nano, a 20-30% gain is my goal. If micro, 10-20% is my goal. If small-cap, 5-10% is my goal. Not to self, it is unwise to get greedy when goals are met. It’s much better to be consistent in finding 10-20% winners. Bottom line: the smaller the market-cap, the bigger the trade can move in a short period of time. - Is this a low float stock and does it have high short interest? A low float stock is under 10 million shares and a high short interest is above 20%. If 1 of 2 is true, the trade can move fast. If both are true, it can be an explosive move. Think GME. - Is there a strong catalyst during my trade timeframe? A catalyst is a revelation or event that propels the price of a stock dramatically up or down. Product announcements, earnings reports, government contracts and new legislation, world events, virus plays, stay-at-home plays (PTON versus PLNT for example), contract winners, electric vehicles, weed stocks, analyst upgrades and downgrades and billionaire stocks. - Is there any economic data during my trade timeframe that could move the markets? [Watch the video]( [Download the checklist]( --------------------------------------------------------------- Premarket Trading Quite often we see moves like this in stocks. In fact, just this morning I alerted MLGO at in the $3.50's. And well, it hit $15 already today. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. [Subscribe here to get the trade alerts sent to your phone](. Here's some real-time recorded examples: [( [( [( [( [( [( PRO TIP: Here’s the checklist I use to find these monsters: - Amazing news (filter out puffery) - Big range (50-100% to major resistance) - Float (smaller = could run faster through range) - Short interest (higher = turbocharged breakout) - Dilution risk (must be medium to low) - Entry (am I chasing?) - Take the trade --------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Patterns 1. Oversold: The price of a stock has fallen sharply, and to a level below which its true value resides. This condition is usually a result of market overreaction or panic selling. 2. Continuation: A technical analysis pattern suggesting a stock trend is resting and will eventually continue on its existing trend. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. 3. Breakout: The price movement of a stock through an identified level of resistance, which is usually followed by heavy volume and an increased amount of volatility. Results not typical. Trading is hard. Nothing is guaranteed. So whether you're up for the challenge or not, what I want you to understand is the fact that I am means a ton of good trade alerts like this MLGO alert need to go out for me to hit my goals.
