[RagingBull Elite]( 🎯Did you miss Jeff’s Bullseye of the Week? Then you missed this… *Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically. [Get in on all the action in Bullseye Trades!]( Next Pick Drops Monday Pre-Market --------------------------------------------------------------- Happy Weekend, Folks! Did you know that market leadership is always changing? Not only that, but it’s corrections like the one we are seeing right now in US stocks that typically lead to the next set of leaders being formed. Well, in just a few moments, I am going to show just where the new leaders are developing. As bull markets🐂 unfold, they generally exhibit a “stair step” pattern, or an alternating pattern of higher lows and higher highs. Market veterans like myself call this “backing-and-filling,” as downside corrections fill some of the gaps left by the preceding rally, attracting new buyers that eventually drive the trend to new extremes. The yellow line on this chart of SPY’s 2024 rally is a perfect example to help drive this point home. Source: Blackboxstocks.com While some steps down (i.e., corrections) are bigger than others, the key point is that this pattern repeats until the long-term uptrend (green arrow) finally breaks down, and we’re nowhere close to that happening yet. There’s an old Wall Street adage that says, “Sell in May and go away.” 🤓 Simply put, this is a reflection of how history has shown summer months to be a time for pause, or “backing-and-filling, ” as many traders slow their trading activity during this period. Well, I am here to tell you that, in recent years, this has been more clickbait for the financial media than actual practice. As this table of SPY’s performance over the past 5 years shows, this broad measure of US stocks has closed higher during the months of June and July 80% and 100% of the time, respectively, by an average if +1.8% and +4.5%, respectively, before stocks finally started to weaken into August and September. Source: Stockcharts.com Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically. No, there are no guarantees this will be the case in 2024. But I can guarantee you that I am already using my 20+ years of trading experience and my background in economics to find the next big sectors to shine. So what sectors is “Uncle Jeff” looking at to determine how the current interest rate and earnings environments will shape the next round of leaders? Well, not surprisingly, this next chart shows that, ever since the last big market bottom on April 19th, technology has been the place to be for bulls. Source: Stockcharts.com At the same time, however, this chart also shows significant rotation away from technology and into several other sectors. Folks, interest rates are HUGELY important in determining which sectors are poised to lead next. After the Fed’s preferred inflation gauge (Core PCE) came in pretty much in line with expectations on Friday, there is a potential trend change afoot in US interest rates RIGHT NOW. That means my background in economics and 20+ years of trading experience offer the kind of guidance you need to gain an edge before the market starts to stair step higher again. My next BEST idea of the week is approaching FAST…as soon as Monday morning, actually! ⏰ That’s right. Before the market opens on Monday morning, I will introduce my best “pick” of the week to my Bullseye Trades members. This idea will come complete with my market outlook AND a plan for managing the trade. Then, I will follow this up with a video training session that teaches members the what, when, where, why, and how behind my trade idea. Just like I did this past week with my idea to buy Coinbase (COIN) calls: In this week’s training, I walked members through what I was seeing in COIN’s price action that led me to this decision… Oh, and did I mention that I also trade these ideas with my own REAL-MONEY trading account? You can see that here, where I provided the usual timely alerts about every move I was making via RagingBull’s state of the art [trading app](: This is all part of my usual lesson plan for helping build my members to the point where they too can trade for big wins like I did on COIN: Note: Trading is hard, results not guaranteed and should not be expected to be replicated typically. (If you can’t read that little writing, it says my real-money account gained $18,536 on this COIN trade – what a BANGER!) 🎉 It is extremely important that you don’t let another week go by without my top idea in your corner. Bullseye Trades is a powerful trading education service that I poured my 20+ years of trading into to personally create. By combining my technical trading experience with my fundamental background as a trained economist, I find the one trade idea that I consider to be [my BEST idea]( each week. I then share this with my members via email, [member dashboard](, and RagingBull’s state of the art trading app before the market opens every Monday, along with a detailed plan of how I want to enter, manage, and exit this trade. There you go! You’ve been warned…my next BEST idea of the week drops as soon as Monday morning. I know you’ll come learn more about my red hot🌶️ Bullseye Trades methods, when you are ready.
