Dear {NAME}, Thank you for the incredible support you've shown me throughout this campaign. Your ded

[Pamela Pugh for Congress]( Dear {NAME}, Thank you for the incredible support you've shown me throughout this campaign. Your dedication, energy, and belief in our vision have meant the world to me and our team. Unfortunately, {NAME}, while we didn't secure the victory to be the Democratic nominee for Michigan's 8th district in last night’s primary, I am deeply proud of what we've accomplished together. Our journey is far from over; the progress we’ve made together is remarkable. Our campaign has always been driven by the vision of electing someone representing our values — a scientist, a community leader, and a steadfast advocate for progress. Thanks to your grassroots support, we've achieved incredible milestones, from advocating for economic dignity for all and a ceasefire in Gaza to building a vibrant, pro-peace, pro-people movement. We set out to make a difference, to stand up for the values we believe in, and to build a movement that truly represents our community. We've made significant strides and inspired many along the way. But the road ahead is still full of challenges. To flip the House in 2024 and protect the strides we made and fought for, we must keep our momentum strong. Extremist Republicans are determined to roll back our progress, and we must push forward with even more determination. With your continued support, we can ensure our voices are heard and our values are defended. Let’s keep this incredible momentum alive and continue fighting for the change we believe in. Together, we can achieve even greater things. I encourage you to stay engaged and active in the causes you care about. Together, we’ve proven that our voices matter and that we can make an impact. Thank you for standing with me every moment of your time and for the passion you’ve brought to this campaign. I look forward to continuing to work with you as we move forward. The future is bright, and I’m excited about what we can achieve together. In solidarity with you, Dr. Pamela Pugh --------------------------------------------------------------- I’m Dr. Pamela Pugh, and I’m a Saginaw native running for Congress in Michigan's 8th District. I've spent my career fighting to improve the lives of Michigan residents through public health initiatives, and as the Chief Public Health Advisor for Flint I played a pivotal role in standing alongside Flint residents during the water crisis. As a public servant, I currently serve as the President of the Michigan State Board of Education, a statewide elected position. I believe in standing up for the people and fighting for our democracy, our children, and our future. I've lived in Michigan's 8th District for my entire life and it will be the honor of a lifetime to represent my community in the House of Representatives. I'm relying on grassroots contributions to fuel my campaign to victory — [so please chip in what you can right now!]( Our email list is an important tool for us to reach Democrats and activists in Michigan and around the country.
