[Pamela Pugh for Congress]( {NAME} - I'm reaching out this morning to respectfully ask if you can [make your first contribution â of $1 or any amount â to my campaign today.]( Hereâs why: My team and I decided when I jumped into this race that the most authentic way we could run on our shared progressive values was to lead by example â by not searching out max-out checks from special interest groups like many of my opponents in this race, but by funding our campaign the right way â together, with grassroots donations.
