It's not officially fall and being an election year that means we are squarely in the depths of campaign season. If they haven't already there's a chance a candidate will show up at your door looking for a vote. Soon the commercials will flood the airwaves during your favorite television shows. And we're not even talking about the presidential race. Among the more hotly debated topics this season is ballot Question 1 regarding the approval of a Constitutional Convention. The Journal's Katherine Gregg goes behind the scenes of the battle between those for and against the question to examine the hopes, fears and money going into the campaign.
