Providence's Andre Grover has a different story. Grover is using his childhood Lego hobby to commemorate historic Rhode Island buildings and structures, especially those vulnerable to the wrecking ball or victimized by neglect. At least that's what a new poll released by Salve Regina University’s Pell Center has found.
