It’s a common mistake to think you need to be an expert before you can teach others. For instance, students sometimes connect better with instructors who are closer to their level. And instructors who are still mastering a subject sometimes have more enthusiasm and passion for it, which can be contagious for students. This isn’t to say there’s no room for someone with 30 years of experience – the point is that in both situations, there are advantages. And the best time to start teaching is always now, not in 3 years or 7 years or longer. So to get into this topic more, in this week’s episode of Dare to Launch, we did something a bit different. Instead of the usual format, I’m sharing a Q&A session from this year’s Launch MasterclassTM, where I tackled listener questions about marketing, launching, and the online business world in 2024. It’s all in there. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
