This soup is delicious! And you can choose how to make it—either save your turkey carcass to make a homemade turkey broth or just keep things easy and buy extra containers of turkey broth at the store.  It features the classic veggie combo of onions, carrots, and celery, and it cooks up quick and easy in the Instant Pot.  Planning to make this one? It's one of our favorite Fall desserts, so we wanted to show you just how easy it is to make!  (Keep it in mind as a replacement for Pumpkin Pie at Thanksgiving. Trust us.) Only one eye is visible.] Pupdate 🐾 I know it feels like it's been an eternity since Halloween, but this is just the second Sunday afterwards, and I have one last picture I'm crazy about. Luna was groomed the day before Halloween, and when we picked her up the groomer surprised us by putting little pigtail bows with spiders on top over each ear.  We snapped a photo as soon as we got home, and it only lasted about 20 minutes before she'd rolled and pawed until they were out. I wish she'd leave this “hairstyle” in because I just think it's the cutest thing on her.
