On Tuesday, after a deluge of dark money from the GOP and their megadonors, Jamaal Bowman, a member of our progressive movement, lost his primary election. This loss is a clear reminder: we cannot afford to lose momentum, slow down our fundraising efforts, or stop growing this movement. Now more than ever, we must dig deep and show the GOP what we stand for. There’s no question that the far-right will now feel emboldened in their plans to unseat progressives. And they’re going to try this same tactic on other progressives across the country — including me and our campaign. I’ve got three challengers running against me this time — and I can’t afford to take any chances. Big Super PAC opponents have been polling nasty attack ads against me and I know they’re gearing up to try and take me out. That’s why I’m asking you to help me kick our campaign into high-gear.
